All Saints at St Ann's

On the 1st November we remember the Saints of the Church.

This day is called All Saints Day or All Hallows day.

The day before 31 October people call Halloween which comes from Hallows eve (The night before All Hallows).

On 31 October we held a Light party in Church to celebrate the light Jesus brings to the world. The Party consisted of singing, games, crafts, and fun.

Thanksgiving Service

We never forget those we love but no longer see and at this time we remember and give thanks for the lives of our loved ones. The annual Thanksgiving Service took place on Sunday 5 November.

Doves on the tree in Church

Doves are placed on a tree in Church during the service with the names of loved ones.
