St Ann's will be celebrating Advent and Christmas 2018 with special services and events through December.
2nd December 9:30 am - Advent Sunday
The first Sunday of the season of Advent as we look forward to the coming of Jesus at Christmas. We will be lighting the first of our advent candles and singing advent hymns.
9th December 3:30pm - Christmas Messy Church
Our monthly messy church with a Christmassy theme.
16th December 4pm - Carol Service
Readings telling the Christmas story and all your favourite carols.
All are very welcome to take part.
We look forward to seeing you there to join with us in celebrating God's love for the world in sending his son Jesus Christ.
24th December 4pm - Christingle Celebration Christmas Eve
All are welcome to our Christingle celebration. This is an opportunity to support the work of the Children's Society who help the most vulnerable children and their families in the UK and also a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the light of the world - Jesus.

25th December Christmas day 9:30am Holy Communion service
There will be a service celebrating Christ's birth in St Ann's church on Christmas Day at 9:30am.
All are welcome to join us in rejoicing in God's love for the world in sending us his Son Jesus.
"And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people."

All services will last about an hour.

Our Sister Church Holy Trinity Church in the Town Centre will be showing Christmas films on Saturdays at 1pm in December
